Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of consumable supplement products, Active Acai does not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved promptly with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds are not issued for opened products, preference-based returns, or results-related expectations.
